THERÉSE NEAIMÉ WILL BE BACK IN LOS ANGELES FOR TV CONCERT TAPING AND VIDEO SHOOT!!

After six weeks of almost daily performances in her own show at a 5-star resort in Dubai, Therése Neaimé will be heading back to Los Angeles for a TV appearance and music video shoot.

Therése will guest star in a TV Music Special taping with a live audience on Monday, June 22nd. The concert taping takes place at The Orange County Pavilion with an orchestra, singers and dancers and will feature the music of world renowned trumpeter and composer/songwriter David Longoria. Longoria will star in the show, singing and playing his trumpet. Neaimé is featured in a Middle Eastern themed musical number from Longoria’s and her upcoming single release titled “Lost In Your Love (Habibi)”. The collaboration stemmed from their recent in-studio work together and drew from Neaimé’s Lebanese roots. “I am excited to bring out this romantic and culturally rich song and production both to the TV special and to the new CD”, Longoria says. “I am honored that Therése will be able to come in from Dubai for the show”. “This song is a high point in the show because it brings a beautiful blend of Arab and American pop music together in a way that everyone seems to love”, says Kimberley Maska, the show’s producer.

The 90 minute special, “Baila – A Celebration of Music and Dance” is scheduled to air in 52 cities across America on PBS stations in late August and again nationwide in February 2010.

While in Los Angeles Neaimé is scheduled to film a music video for “Lost In Your Love (Habibi)”, continuing her collaboration with Longoria. The song and music video are scheduled to be released worldwide late in the summer.
