Therése Neaimé returned to Sweden today after an impressive performance in front of an international audience at the Awards Ceremony of the “Direct Selling Festival” in Dubai.

“It feels great to be back on stage after all those intense recording sessions in the studio”, Neaimé concluded after this year’s first live performance in which she gave the audience a taste of what can be expected from her in 2009.

While work on Therése’s second album continues and with the next studio sessions already scheduled, there will be doing more live performances in the coming weeks.

Therése Neaimé has signed a contract with the RITZ CARLTON, MILLENIA SINGAPORE for her own daily show starting this coming week. Neaimé will be in Singapore this fall, performing at one of the country’s most luxurious hotels, located in the heart of the Marina Bay Arts and Entertainment Centre and the Formula 1 Night Race Circuit. Therése’s presence in Singapore gives her the opportunity to spread her music further across the globe and launch into the South East Asian music market, a region she has not yet been focusing on.

After having concluded the studio work for her second album and while planning the release dates together with her licensing partner, Therése can’t wait to get back on stage: “Performing live is one of the things I love to do most and I’m really looking forward to it. I am blessed to have been working with great friends and partners in the studios back in Stockholm, L.A. and Berlin on this great new album, but now I can’t wait to be back on stage and perform !”

Neaimé’s opening performances at the Ritz Carlton will take place during the FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX this coming week. It will give her an opportunity to present her music to a large international audience right at the beginning of her stay in South East Asia.

Taking a short break from working in her various Stockholm recording studios, Therése Neaimé flew to Dubai last week for the filming of a music video to her latest single, soon to be released worldwide.

Working with award-winning TV & film director Jehad Ghader who is based in Dubai, Beirut and Montreal and director of photography Markus Rosentreter, a seasoned film director and film instructor, Neaimé was impressed with the enthusiasm and professionalism of the whole production team. “Filming for almost 30 hours on two consecutive days with this highly motivated and incredibly talented crew was an experience I will never forget and don’t want to miss”, Therése stated after returning to Stockholm last Sunday.

Ghader and Rosentreter bring to the table over 15 years of film production experience with Jehad confirming that he couldn’t have achieved his creative vision for the video without Markus’ invaluable and vast technical experience.

The music video was filmed on location at the five-star Westin Dubai Beach Resort and at Jumeirah Beach Residence.

During the next weeks Therése will have more recording sessions in various studios in Stockholm such as the well renowned Polar studios and Storm studios on her agenda while finalizing her second album.

Therése Neaimé and her band gave another brilliant performance last sunday night when opening for SIMPLY RED at the sold-out Annexet in Stockholm. In the “best Neaimé concert ever” (according to critics), Therése presented music from her first album “LIVIN” as well as brand new songs that will be part of her upcoming second album.

The 2,500 spectators particularly celebrated Neaimé’s new hits “HOW COULD I” and “EVERYTHING”. “We’ve never been better” Therése stated right after the concert, overwhelmed with the great reception by the cheering crowd.

It was Therése’s third performance with the legendary British band after concerts in Cyprus and Mallorca in 2008. The successful SIMPLY RED / NEAIMÉ combination once again gave their fans a night to remember.

Therése Neaimé celebrated yet another successful week in the United Arab Emirates with performances at the WHAT’S ON AWARDS ceremonies in Abu Dhabi and Dubai on April 13th and 20th.

Being the first artist to perform at Dubai’s new state-of-the-art venue THE PALLADIUM, the Swedish-Lebanese singer-songwriter gave a stunning presentation of her new hit single in front of 1000 guests. Therése’s appearance was followed by other entertainers, among them JERMAINE JACKSON.

Promoting the upcoming release of her new hit single, Therése Neaimé also appeared in radio shows on RADIO 2 and DUBAI EYE and was interviewed by lifestyle magazine HELLO! Despite

her tight schedule, there was still time for photo-shoots at the glamorous five-star beach resort WESTIN DUBAI and locations in the Arabian desert.
