Therése Neaimé grew up in Enskede in southern Stockholm and started as a background dancer in the 1990s for artists such as Pandora, Thomas Gylling and PapaDee. She then moved to Los Angeles where she trained as a singer at the Musicians Institute while she started playing with her band Neaimé at clubs in the city. She started writing her own music and in 2004 she started a collaboration with songwriter Jörgen Elofsson (Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Celine Dion) as one of the songwriters in his team. After five years in the United States, she began to divide her time between Dubai and Stockholm. During her years in Dubai (2007–2015), she gave a number of concerts and was played on radio stations in Lebanon, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates, among others.

She released her debut album Livin’ in 2006. The album included the singles “Not Easy” which became No. 1 on the Swedish singles list and “The Future” which ended up on the American Top 40 list. In 2008, Therése Neaimé performed for NATO troops in Afghanistan, for Swedish Crown Princess Victoria and King Carl XVI Gustav during their state visit to Abu Dhabi the same year. She and her band Neaimé were also the opening act for the legendary band Simply Red in Stockholm, Mallorca and Cyprus. A few years later, in 2011, she released her second album “Stronger” and she also got to represent the Swedish Foreign Ministry in Egypt.

Neaimé’s third album “Sandstorm” was released in 2013 and included the song “Sold To Perfection”. The following year she also started writing in her mother tongue Swedish. She began a collaboration with, among others. songwriter Peter Hallström (Hold my heart) and released songs such as “Framme Snart”, “Djupet av min själ”, “Att få låna dig en stund”, “E det så det kommer va?”, “Dagarna går ändå” and “Kyss mig”.

She created her won lecture “From dream to reality” and through a collaboration with Länsmusiken in Stockholm 2017–2018, she performed with it for school students around Stockholm. In 2019, she began a collaboration with artists Dogge Doggelito and Hunermend Dilyar, which resulted in the song “Shine on like a star”.

In August 2019, Therése Neaimé performed at the Copenhagen Pride festival in Denmark and six months later, in February 2020, she performed at the Cape Town Pride festival in South Africa as the festival’s main number and featured artist.

Neaimé has continued to release singles [11] over the years. In June 2020, she released the hitsingle “Dance Love” which in 2020 was nominated as one of the 10 best songs in the “Dance” category by the Hollywood Music In Media Awards. On January 27, 2021, she was the first Swede ever to win the Hollywood Music in Media Awards in the Dance category for her song “Dance Love”.

Neaimé has worked with producers and songwriters such as: Jörgen Elofsson (Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Celin Dion), Peter Hallström (Lisa Nilsson, Peter Jöback, Björn Skifs, Sarah Dawn Finer, Carola, Peter Lemarc), Ollie Olson (Darin, Christian Walz, Rigmor Gustafsson, Eagle-Eye Cherry, Håkan Hellström), Gunnar Nordén (Lisa Ekdahl, Rickard Wolf, Helene Sjöholm), Dogge Doggelito, Andreas ”Stone” Johansson, Emanuel Ollson, Maria Marcus, Lina Eriksson, Mårten Eriksson, Martin Svensson , Jon Hällgren, Niklas Lundin, Richard Schultzberg, David Jackson, André Zuniga, Caroline Gustavsson, Erik Lewander and Iggy Strange-Dahl.

In theater, Neaimé 2018 played a central role in the musical “Spring Awakening” in a production of West End Stockholm. In film, she has had roles in the short film “Yes we Cannes”, ”Guard the roab” and in the short film “Autonomus” with release 2022.

In January 2020, Neaimé gave her lecture “From dream to reality” at Stora Måldagen 2020 and in June the same year she was named one of the top 100 of Sweden’s most popular lecturers and moderators by Eventeffect’s vote. She was also nominated for the Narren Prize 2020, which is awarded by the Swedish Event Academy to those who have made a difference and is a role model in that “she has dared to set foot on the accelerator at a time when our industry” held its breath “” and because she “opens up about her life and shares her experience on what it is like to manage alone with three small children, face adversity and still not give up “. Neaimé has also written a book with the same title as her lecture – From dream to reality – about her life and her experiences. She is also a much appreciated blogger at Gala Magazine.

In September 4th Therése Neaimé was the much appreciated guest star at the Stockholm International Fashion Fair 2021 – 4th Edition. This years addition was held at the Swedish Nationalmuseum.

On January 23rd 2022 Therése performed as featured artist at the renowned GAPF FADIMEGALAN 2022. A 20 years anniversary of the memory of Fadime Sahindal was broadcasted..Therése Neaimé performed her own song “If I could Borrow you for a While”.
